Catherine loves this work and believes you can’t take people where you haven’t gone; you can’t give what you don’t have. She works daily with her practices to help herself be the best person she can be – with lots of setbacks and success! She tries not to dwell on either and strives to allow each moment to be what it is, to show up and be present in whatever life brings.
Catherine does this with humor and with intention. She believes in the power of our minds to achieve individual and collective greatness and that connection and love make all this work.
Her love is meditation. She has started and stopped this practice for over thirty years but, thankfully, found her way to consistent practices that have brought moments of clarity and knowing, immense connection and overwhelming compassion and love.
A never-ending supply of curiosity leads her to new practices, new insights and ways of being that she takes with her as she sits beside people seeking ways of health and healing. She wishes this for us all.
